Mark Pocock, proprietor and team leader has over 20 years’ successful experience in specifying and supporting computer networks.

Previously employed as the network manager in a local company before establishing his own company, his company both delivers off-site total network support and supports existing staff in a wide range of small and medium sized companies in Wiltshire, Dorset and West Hampshire.

The CrystalNet team is passionate about the fact that computer network systems are critical business assets and are fully committed to minimising customers’ downtime. They believe that it is crucially important to ensure that systems run smoothly but if things do go wrong, they resolve the issues both quickly and effectively so that the impact on the customer’s business is kept to a minimum.
